STAFF BIOGRAPHIES

Alison Foliart, Executive Director

Dedication to the clients and staff of Perinatal Treatment Services (PTS) led Alison’s decision to step down from chairing their Board of Directors to accept the role of Executive Director.  Leading a multi-disciplinary talent team to further advocate and develop systems and services for direct service clients is an excellent match for Alison’s experience and goals.  Alison came to PTS with a successful record of asset management; clients, employees, commodities, and financial operations.  Her ability to provide well-balanced, strategic decisions as well as creating lasting relationships has earned her director’s seats with PTS, UTE, and the Washington Oil Marketers Association. 

Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University and volunteers with veterans in the Seattle area.  She is humbled to have the opportunity to contribute to PTS’ mission of helping women stay clean and sober, improving the quality of life for themselves and their children. 

Heather Connors, Treatment Supervisor, has been at PTS since September 2005.  She holds a Bachelors in Womens Studies and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling.  Heather is also a Certified Professional Coach, returned Peace Corps Volunteer and Americorps Alumni.
